This Week, In Threes
Three I wore. Three I did. Three that have me in a chokehold.
Soooo I’m currently on a plane (again), kicking off the month-long trip we’ve been planning for over a year. It’s a work trip….we’re launching my brand across Europe!!!! I’m doing a multi-country tour to bring it to life.
Weeks like this are bittersweet. I’ve had three incredible weeks with the girls, and I’m lucky to have a co-parent who gets it. We always try to balance the schedule, so knowing this 3.5-week stretch away from home was coming, we agreed the girls would be with me for the 3.5 weeks before I left. Those moments were blissful, and it’s hard to believe how fast they go. We packed it all in, including an end-of-school-year celebration, since I’m missing the last day of school too. One of our little traditions is some summer shopping to kick off the break, so we did that plus a bunch of other fun things this past week.
Anyway, here’s my weekly download. I’ve started breaking it into categories because there’s so much I want to share each week, and if I don’t, it all starts to feel a little all over the place. So I’m keeping it to threes. I’m also always trying to find three things that made me feel good offline, tangible experiences that are good for the soul, you know what I mean?!
3 Things I wore
This week was mostly at home or heading into the office. Here’s what I wore:
1. I bought these pants a while ago and I’m still debating whether I love them or hate them, lol, it’s always a fine line. The white tee is one I’m testing as I develop the perfect white T, so I can’t link it yet, but it’s coming!! Still perfecting the fit.

2. I’ve worn this exact outfit three times already — it’s just too easy, too chic, too good. Pleats Please by Issey Miyake is my go-to if you want to look instantly effortless and elevated.

3. Another easy office look this is my just-dropped-the-kids-at-school, no-makeup, no-time-to-do-my-hair look.

3 Things my kids are obsessed with
1. This Evereden SPF stick: The girls are obsessed, and putting on sunscreen has never been easier or more fun. I thank god for it every day.
2. Sincerely Yours moisturizer: Both girls love this brand and so do I for them. It’s formulated for kids and fun for them to use; they’re obsessed with the “So Soft” moisturizer.
3. The Mane hairbrush is their favorite: It glides right through knots and that post-swim, chlorine-tangled hair. Paired with the Evereden leave-in detangler, it’s become their go-to, and I love it for them.

3 Beauty things on repeat
1. The Blemish Balm Cream from Cell Fusion C: I don’t know life without this one. It’s the only thing I wear on my skin when I’m not shooting, extremely nourishing, but with incredible coverage, way more than a tinted moisturizer. It covers all of my hyperpigmentation and melasma, and I never wear foundation during the day. All the Korean girlies back in Korea swear by their BB creams. You can obviously see I’ve been using it in this photo lol DO NOT JUDGE ME, I’m a messy gurrrrrl.
2. Chanel Les Beiges: the best flush of color for your cheeks. What can I say? It is worth every damn penny.

3. The Double Serum and the glow-boosting, line-smoothing cream have been my daytime serum-and-moisturizer combo. I’m halfway through and it’s been great for my skin. I’m dealing with a lot of fine lines forming, and I feel like it really does help smooth them out, plus it’s a great moisturizer to wear under makeup.
3 IRL experiences
1. I visited a friend this week who’s going through a hard time, and I gifted her some of the books that carried me through my own season of hardship. I went back to the old books that healed my soul, ones I’d almost forgotten and reread a few chapters. It made me so grateful for how far I’ve come, and reminded me how powerful words are, and how they can heal. I went to her house and gave her some of my most cherished books. I hope she finds comfort in them too. There’s nothing better than giving books as a gift it’s my absolute favorite thing.
2. I finally got to visit the David Geffen Galleries at LACMA, and it was incredible, an architectural dream and a masterpiece. I took my youngest, Colette, who’s a true lover of art, and she enjoyed every minute. Her favorite (and mine) was the traditional Korean house made entirely of translucent fabric: Do Ho Suh’s Jagyeong Hall, Gyeongbok Palace, a life-size re-creation of a section of a queen’s palace in old Seoul. Breathtaking

3. We finally made the hand molds I’d bought for the girls a while back. We spent all Saturday afternoon on them, laughing through a few mistakes and the results came out beautiful. Ours is our hands together in one mold. Such a precious keepsake while the girls are still little.
3 Random things I’m currently loving and using
CS8 Camp Snap Camera: I love this little camera so much. It gives everything that nostalgic, home-video feeling, almost like 90s footage, but in a digital format. I’ve been traveling with it everywhere lately, and the quality is so charming for the price. It makes every moment feel a little more sentimental, a little more cinematic, and instantly more memorable.
Ice Cream machine: I’m usually not a countertop gadget person. I like things tucked away, clean, and minimal. But this one has officially earned its spot. We’ve been making homemade ice cream almost every night, and it’s become our little summer ritual. I think we’ve tested close to ten recipes now, and the kids are obsessed. You can basically turn anything into a swirl, which feels both dangerous and genius. Truly the most fun little summer find.
Journal: I take my journals everywhere with me, and I’ve been loyal to my Louise Carmen for years. But this one might have officially replaced it. It’s so sleek and flat, with this quiet kind of luxury that feels understated but really special. The kind of piece that feels expensive from the inside out. A true keepsake, and it’s been traveling with me everywhere lately. It’s from a new brand called Memoire World by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
That is it for this week! So now I’m somewhere in the sky, already missing home, but also feeling so deeply grateful for this season. The school drop-offs, the little hands, the homemade ice cream, the books, the art, the chaos, the quiet…all of it came with me. I think that’s the thing about motherhood and ambition: you’re always holding both. The ache of leaving and the excitement of building. The guilt and the gratitude. The life you created at home and the dream you’re still creating out in the world. So here we go… Europe, I’m ready.
xo,
Chris
