So, I couldn’t commit to a single vitamin for more than a week before I turned 40. Truly. I’d buy something with the best intentions, take it for five days, and forget the bottle existed. I was terrible at my own health. Terrible!

Then I turned 40. And something clicked. I realized I needed to be just as active, just as strong, actually stronger with more energy and more confidence for the next 40 years of my life than I had for the first 40.

I look around and I see two kinds of women. Some are not doing great at 60 or 70. Slowed down. Tired. Declining in ways that feel preventable. And then there are the others. The women who make me stop and ask, wait, you’re how old? They have more energy than me. More ambition. They look like they’re getting younger. There’s one common thread. They didn’t wait. They built a longevity plan years before they actually needed it. I’d always taken my health for granted. Naturally healthy, relatively slim, never had to strategize. Which I now realize was the trap because I never had to think about it, I never built the muscle of thinking about it. I want to look good on the outside, sure. But more than that, I want to feel incredible on the inside. What you put in your body matters as much as how you move it. Maybe more. I have a very specific exercise routine that has gotten me into the best shape of my life at 41, I’ll write about that next week. This post is about everything else. The peptides, the vitamins, the supplements, the daily extras. The actual contents of my body, custom-formulated based on bloodwork.

This is the part I’ve never shared publicly.

Below: every single thing I take. The peptides, yes, I inject them.

My custom AM and PM packs, built from my bloodwork. The daily extras. The longevity clinic that put it all together for me. The brands, the doses, the things that worked and the ones that didn’t. I paid a lot to learn this. I’m sharing it with the women who actually want to do this with me. This is not medical advice and you should consult with a licensed professional.
